Hi, I'm Pam Brandt
Communications & Change Management Consultant
Communicate and lead with impact
I’m here to help you feel confident in your decisions, grow in your life and career, and become who you want to be.
For the last 25 years, I’ve helped professionals take charge of their career and life and discover how to communicate confidently, take chances, and navigate change and uncertainty.
Through my coaching, I’ll help you communicate with greater clarity and create a safe space for you to explore the many competing thoughts and interests inside your mind.
We’ll figure out what’s getting in the way of creating the life you want and through my practical, supportive and results-driven approach, find what fits for you.
I’ve been where you are. Before I started my coaching career, I was a communications director, and for a decade more, I specialized in change management and communications consulting for large organizations in the oil & gas, electricity, healthcare, university, government and not-for-profit industries.
My experience ranges from writing copy for a Swiss dental manufacturer to launching the University of Calgary’s Centre for Information Security & Cryptography. I also organized an international symposium in New Delhi for The Conference Board of Canada that featured India’s former finance minister—and accidentally dropped his slides. But that’s a story for another time.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and not see a way out. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people embrace challenges and use them as an opportunity to learn and build their confidence to create the life they want.
Working in many different organizations, I understand the dynamics and the struggles professionals face, and I use that knowledge to support others to gain clarity on what’s important, build resiliency and create powerful communication soft skills.
I’ve challenged myself countless times and taken chances with my personal life and career that have been scary and deeply satisfying.
I left a stable, well-paying job after 10 years and went back to school to do a second master’s degree and complete coaching training.
I moved across the world to live in Switzerland.
In 2016, my husband and I quit our corporate jobs and spent a year travelling on a 41,000-kilometre road trip that took us to 29 countries.
I’ve taken the road less travelled, and now I help others explore what it means to be a personal leader and take charge of their life and career.
Discover what’s possible.
