Coaching
Someone once commented that my coaching is an unexpected combination of cool logic and warm support. For years, I have asked myself what it means to be a personal leader—in work and in life. How great would it be if people could be their authentic selves at work and at home?
After many years of being coached, I completed a two-year accredited program and added coach to my professional toolkit. I haven’t looked back. Much of my work focuses on helping people navigate tricky situations. This often involves helping people understand we all communicate and receive information differently. Other clients work with me to help uncover their “next act”—those dreams, ideas and aspirations that may or may not be related to work and career. Many of my clients comment on my ability to open them up to possibility and help them cut through complex situations. My love of words allows me to paint pictures for clients that help them get unstuck. And as someone who has been stuck many times myself, I appreciate how challenging this process can be.
I have a genuine curiosity to understand what is important to my clients. This curiosity creates a foundation and provides a framework to explore topics from multiple perspectives, designing action plans and providing the accountability my clients need. Whether you’re a new, emerging or evolving leader at work or someone who wants to learn to better lead in your own life, contact me for a no-cost consultation.
